How is the pot created? +
Simple: The pot = ALL entry fees added together! Every Free Throw adds €1, every Layup adds €2, every Three-Pointer adds €3, and every Buzzer Beater adds €5. If 500 people enter with Free Throws and 200 with Layups, that's €900 total pot. You're essentially betting on how many people from Hamburg's basketball community will participate this week!
How do I know what to guess? +
The pot equals ALL entry fees combined! If 500 people enter with Free Throws (€1 each), that's €500. Add some Layups, Three-Pointers, and Buzzer Beaters, and it grows! Look at previous weeks: Week 45 had ~400 entries = €647 pot. Week 44 had 1,124 entries = €3,892 pot. Your Kickz cart total is your guess - aim for what you think the community will contribute this week!
What's the 10% rule? +
Your Kickz cart total must be between 100.1% and 110% of the final community pot to win. If our community raises €1,500 this week (about 900 entries), valid winning carts range from €1,502 to €1,650. Too low (€1,500 or less)? You can't win. Too high (€1,651+)? You're disqualified. This keeps the game strategic and rewards those who best predict community participation!
How much do I actually win? +
Winners receive 80% of the pot value in Kickz gear! If the pot is €2,000, you get €1,600 worth of items from your cart. €400 goes directly to HTB 62 youth programs. No handling fees - our volunteers manage everything! You'll receive items in the order you arranged them until reaching the winning amount.
How do I arrange my cart smartly? +
Put your MOST WANTED items first! Since you only receive items up to 70% of pot value, smart players prioritize. Want those limited edition Jordans? Put them at the top. Fill the rest with gear for your team or collection. Don't put dream items last!
Can I submit multiple carts? +
Yes! Each cart screenshot is a separate €1 entry. Create different carts at different price points to cover more possibilities. Maybe one at €5,000, another at €10,000, another at €20,000. But remember - you can only win once per week.
What happens if no one wins? +
If everyone's cart is too high above the pot (over 110%), the entire pot rolls over to next week! This is how we get massive pots - Week 44 reached €47,832 after multiple rollovers. More money for winners AND youth programs!
What's the difference between entry levels? +
Nothing in terms of winning chances! Whether you choose Free Throw (€1), Layup (€2), Three-Pointer (€3), or Buzzer Beater (€5), you get exactly ONE entry. The different levels just let you decide how much you want to support HTB 62. Many club members and parents choose higher levels knowing they're helping fund youth basketball. It's pure donation choice - a €1 entry has the same chance as a €5 entry!
How does this support youth basketball? +
20% of EVERY pot goes directly to HTB 62 youth programs. This funds equipment for kids who can't afford it, court time, coaching clinics, and summer camps. Our volunteers handle everything for free, so every cent of that 20% helps kids play basketball. Week 44 alone provided €778 for youth programs!
